We know seeing a new stylist isn't always easy, we get that, let us help ease the nerves. At The Hairman Salon Co. we start ever service with a thorough consultation including inspiration pictures, color matching, lifestyle, loves and hates of your current hair, and your beauty budget.

The experience starts once you've submitted your digital consultation form. This is required for booking, to ensure we schedule ample time for your services.
For bookings that do not require color services - such as consults, haircuts, styling, blowouts, waxing, etc. you do NOT need to submit a consultation form. Just simply Book Now!

What to expect...
The Consultation
Our first priority after we meet is making sure we understand everything there is to know about your hair. From your hair dreams to hair nightmares, your entire color history, your daily hair routine, and your current hair struggles. We'll look at inspiration photos and talk about your priorities.

Once we have a clear understanding of your desires, your stylist will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. We'll go over the game plan in full detail, create a maintenance schedule, and answer every question you have to make sure you're fully confident and ready before moving forward.
Creating The Magic
After the consultation, your stylist will get to work on the goal! Every single step of the way we use top of the line hair color and products to ensure the healthiest, longest lasting results possible. We will work efficiently to respect your time, but we will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing on your hair. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to maintain the longevity of your color, the health of your hair, and how to style at home.
Bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you to keep busy. Your stylist will always make sure you're comfortable with a warm cup of coffee or cold drink in hand. It's our belief that your time in our salon is YOURS to spend how you please, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time during your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
It's important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, stylist lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. We understand things happen and do our best to accommodate your unique situation. Thank you for understanding.
Less than 24-hour notice is considered a "Late Cancellation" and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).

As a courtesy, three appointment confirmation messages are sent by text to the contact information given at the time of booking.

Most stylist at The Hairman Salon Co. have appointment waitlist. If we are able to fill your appointment spot you will NOT be charged the cancelation fee. Therefore, providing us with the most time possible to fill our opening benefits everyone.

Re-Do Policy
At The Hairman Salon Co. we strive to go above and beyond for our guests, however in the unlikely circumstance that you aren't loving your hair, you will need to contact the salon within 7 days of your service to schedule a time to come in and talk with your stylist and allow us the opportunity to adjust it in anyway needed. We are confident in our abilities to execute your service with integrity, skill, strong communication and believe that we will be able to adjust accordingly to make sure you are leaving confident and loving your hair.

We believe in our ability to serve our clients in the best way possible. These are very rare circumstances that may arise, but we fill its important to acknowledge these situations so that our guests know we truly cover all bases with our guests in mind, first and foremost.
