Cancellation Policy
It's important to understand that when forgetting or canceling appointments without giving enough notice, stylist lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other guests waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. We understand things happen and do our best to accommodate your unique situation. Thank you for understanding.
Less than 24-hour notice is considered a "Late Cancellation" and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

If you do not cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a "No Show" and charged full price of the scheduled service(s).

As a courtesy, three appointment confirmation messages are sent by text to the contact information given at the time of booking.

Most stylist at The Hairman Salon Co. have appointment waitlist. If we are able to fill your appointment spot you will NOT be charged the cancelation fee. Therefore, providing us with the most time possible to fill our opening benefits everyone.

Re-Do Policy
At The Hairman Salon Co. we strive to go above and beyond for our guests as we consider them family, however in the unlikely circumstance that you aren't loving your hair, you will need to contact the salon within 7 days of your service to schedule a time to come in and talk with your stylist and allow us the opportunity to adjust it in anyway needed. We are confident in our abilities to execute your service with integrity, skill, strong communication and believe that we will be able to adjust accordingly to make sure you are leaving confident and loving your hair.

We believe in our ability to serve our clients in the best way possible. These are very rare circumstances that may arise, but we fill its important to acknowledge these situations so that our guests know we truly cover all bases with our guests in mind, first and foremost.
