The Hairman Salon Co. Associate Program
Starting your career can feel overwhelming. Our six-month Associate Program is designed to help new graduates build confidence, gain real-world experience, and develop the technical and guest experience skills needed to build a successful career behind the chair.
Through hands-on education, one-on-one mentorship, and guided opportunity days, you'll learn alongside experienced stylists while building the foundation for a long-term career.
