The Hairman Salon Co. Associate Program
New to the industry? Our Associate Program is built to help you launch a thriving career with real support, education, and hands-on experience. This six-month training program is designed for new cosmetology graduates who are ready to learn, grow, and step confidently into their future behind the chair.

Through one-on-one coaching, daily mentorship, and guided opportunity days, you’ll work alongside experienced stylists while developing your own clientele and strengthening your technical and business skills. It’s fast-paced, immersive, and built on teamwork—because our associates are an essential part of the team and the culture we’re proud to build.

As you begin the program, you’ll be supported by our Chief Training Officer, Erika, who is your main point of contact for job shadowing arrangements, additional program information, and first-interview scheduling. Erika and Hayley serve as our educator trainers, ensuring every associate receives the guidance and education needed to grow with confidence.
