Associate Program Policies

The Hairman Salon Co. Associate Stylist Development Program is an employer-sponsored training program provided at no cost to eligible employees.

Participants do not pay tuition, admission fees, books, supplies, or other educational costs. As a result, there are no participant-paid fees eligible for refund.

​

If an employee voluntarily leaves employment or is separated from employment before completing the program, no refund is due because no tuition or fees were paid by the participant.

​

If training costs are paid by a third-party funding source, including WIOA or another workforce development program, reimbursement will be governed by the terms of the applicable funding agreement.
